Saturday 8th October 2022


Hi, I hope you are all well and thank you for reading my blog.

How did my week go?

Once again, Wednesday was my downfall but worse than that, I was poorly with a sore throat, headache and a cold. I'm much better now, although I  still have the odd coughing fit, but my head's clear, that's the main thing. 

I've swapped the grapes for Satsumas now and I'll see how that goes as they are referred to as speed foods.

I'm exercising now. In order to get my bronze award sticker I have to do 45 minutes of exercise a week split over three days or more in spurts of 5,10 or 15 minutes. I have to do this for 4 weeks. 

Last week, although I was poorly, I did 47 minutes, I even trotted around the house for 2 minutes, yes, I was nearly running. 

I do Saturday to Saturday, and I've walked around the marina for 45 minutes today, at a bit of a pace, so that means I've done my lot for the next week. Yay. 

However, I will do some more in the week. But one week under my belt. 

I bought three size 16 tops and they fit. Yay, I was an 18/20. Although my trousers and skirts are baggy, I've yet to buy some new ones because I'm not sure I'm a size 16 on my bottom half yet. 

Here we go then.

Last week:           12st, 13.5 pounds
This week:           12st  12.5 pounds
Weigh loss:          1   pound
Total weigh loss: 2st and half a pound.

I GOT MY 2 STONE AWARD STICKER.
