Hi guys, just a short one today.
I've had a little blip, which you can probably tell because I haven't posted for two weeks. I've had months of dieting and to tell you the truth, I just wanted to eat chocolates, cake and ice-cream, yes, ice-cream.
However, I decided to try and maintain my weight for those two weeks and to cut a long story short, I put on........half a pound. And the truth is, I was tempted to give up, have a break, maintain my weight over Christmas than go back in the new year, but my sister said we should go, and she was right. We are in it together.
Which means, I've still lost 2 stone, go me. I'm back on my healthy eating plan and I want to lose 2 Ib this week. I want to be 12stone 7Ibs by Christmas Eve. It's attainable and I'm going to do it.
I did my bronze fitness award but I've decided that I don't want that award because I didn't lose weight, so I'm going to start again from Monday, will get it by Christmas Eve.
I'm still pleased with my weight loss, half a pound could be a cup of tea...yea right.
I've recently bought two size sixteen tops and today, I bought some size 16 knickers. Im was feeling chuffed because I was a size 18-20. Probably a size 18 on the hips, but I haven't bought any trousers or skirts lately so I don't know. I told my husband and he said, ' But knickers stretch don't they? Thanks!
So weight is now 12stone 13Ibs.
Loss so far is 2 stone.
