Saturday 9th July 2022


Hi everyone, hope you all had a good week. Before I tell all, I need to tell you something. I didn't want to mention it last week because obviously, I didn't want it known to all and sundry, but I was on a mini break (holiday) and had five days off my diet. 

Not that you are 'all and sundry,' but we're not supposed to tell people when we're away, after all, others may steal all my strawberries, apples and grapes and then where will I be. 

Yes, I think I've dug myself into a hole there. lol.


I tried not to over eat too much but I need to tell you, that all the sweeties and alchol I consumed were not included as sins or calories. Nor were the chips, chocolate or crispy chicken. Now that I've painted that wonderful picture, time to get down to the nitty gritty. 

But first, a big well done to my sister who lost five pound this week and got a stone and half reward. 


Weight last week: 13stone and 11 pounds.

Weight this week:  13stone and 11.5 pounds.

Weight gain/Loss :  plus 0.5 pounds. 

Total weight loss:    15.5 pounds. 


So overall, I feel great. I may have only put a half on because we did a lot of walking. However, I did restart my diet yesterday and although I'm still keen, because I had that break, it's really hard getting back into it, but I'm not giving up, as I want to live as healthy a life as possible. 


From the moment I get up in the morning until I go to bed, I have to stop myself from eating everything I fancy because sadly, I don't eat to live, I live to eat. Not quite that bad but almost. I need some inspiration at the moment so I'm going to give myself a small goal for next week. 


I would like to lose 2 pound next week. The half I put on, and another one and half. I never normally do this because I'm just happy with any loss but I need to get myself motivated.
